Claude Sonnet 4.5 deprecation notice (Sep 30)

Anthropic schedules claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 for retirement on the Claude API on November 30, 2026 — 61 days' notice, one day above its own 60-day policy floor — and recommends migrating to Claude Sonnet 5.5. Applies to Anthropic-operated platforms only; Bedrock and Vertex set independent retirement schedules.
